This is my take on poutine fries with lump crab meat, crispy fried shallots, and a chicken gravy. I first had poutine at an Indian restaurant I used to work at in LA (I think the owners were from Canada). They used a powdered gravy mix which I always found kind of unsettling but I can’t say it didn’t taste good! I used to put tandoori chicken on top 🔥🔥
